    What do you think?

    I was thinking about getting a Turtle Beach Montego A3DXstream
    to replace my Sound Blaster Live 5.1 as I dont like it really I also miss proper A3d. So what do think? I have heard much about the turtle beach series

          Err... weren't all the Montego cards based on Vortex and Vortex2 chipsets? If so, you're just BEGGING for inadequate support for current cards. I agree that these chips had better sound than the Live!, but sadly it's a moot point today.
