    MP3 bitrate resample en masse?

I currently have several hundred MP3s sampled at 160k (from my own CDs, honest RIAA!) and I'm looking for a program to resample them to 128 or possibly 96, so I can fit more on a CD to play from my works PC - with its crappy onboard sound & speaker I wont notice the degredation in sound quality.

Anyone know where I can get a Windows proggie to do this without converting to WMA or something and back again?

Thanks guys. D/Loaded a copy of WinLame to my works PC (P2-400) and its running pretty well on a coupe of test MP3s.

Personally, I'd recommend DBPoweramp Music Converter. It encodes and decodes from many different formats. Some you have to download plugins.
