Marvel g400 recording in win2k

I'm trying to use marvel g400 for recording "analog(vcr)" films under win2k.
Wich software can i use, 'cause matrox doesn't support video recording under win2k..

I am using the Display Driver 5.39 (Power Desk 5.39) and Video Tools 2.04 (Leaked) from http://www.murc.ws/VidTools.html
No hacks no nothing just install them in W2K/SP2.
The Matrox HW MJPEG capture and playback is some unstable, but works.
The PICVideo does the job.
