    Perfect-quality DVD screen caps??

Is there any way, or any software DVD player out there, that lets you take PERFECT screen caps of your DVD? As in, exactly what it's showing you on the monitor? PowerDVD lets you "screen cap", but it just gives you a washed out copy. I'm betting they do this to avoid legal problems maybe. And there's no way I know of to "screen cap" it normally with an external program, because the decoded video information exists only in the video memory.

WinDVD captures the frame as stored on the DVD, same resolution as on disk and all.
