Hopefully you can use firmware updates, but as far as I understand it the format is locked. They are still tweaking the encoders and decoders for quality but the format itself is locked.

I got playback problems where the audio/video would be slightly out of synch, and it appeared as if the visual quality was down a tad...stuff like that.Originally posted by High_Jumbllama
