    Crazy Browser

    I just installed this, seems to be a skin for IE that allows tabbed browsing and has some pop-up blocking.

    Haven't played much with it yet, but it looks neat.

          same as MyIE...wchich is pretty polished right now (don't know about Crazy Browser...)
