I found a location that sells the new Ati-based card (Sapphire 9800 Pro).

However, they mention it is the OEM-version. In what differs the OEM from the retail ? Is it clocked the same ? Does it come with the same software (drivers/ati-wise, I can imagine there are no supplied games with the oem-version) ?
Other differences ?
