I need to burn two (or perhaps four) ROMs for a couple of old 486 motherboards, but I don't have a suitable programmer. Is there someone (ideally in the Kent/SE London area, but anywhere in the country should be workable) who could help me out?

you should be able to pick up a willem eprom programmer for about 60-70 U.S.
I beleive it is a german product.

That's cheaper than I've seen programmers on eBay, but it still seems like a lot for just a one-time job. (Especially since it's not something I really need to do.)
