For someone who bought a 845 mobo maybe it isn't much of a deal and comes as a normal upgrade, but looking at people who just bought a 865/875 one, it's quite unfair.
I won't be upgrading any time soon, I just built my new rig last month, but when I'll do it it will be for DDR II, PCI-Express and maybe Athlon 64. Thinking at begining of 2005, all these things would have matured by then.
