    Epox Caps

    Just read the Epox 4PCA3+ review at HardOCP (I've mentioned [H] twice today, I feel dirty ), he says they are using Teapo (read: cheapo) capacitors. IIRC this is the same company that made Abit universally mocked for exploding.

      I've never been too impressed by Epox.. neither by their component choice (Highpoint anyone?) nor bios programming skills (forcing CAS timings lower than what SPD specified leading to loads of problems).

              I don't know....I've been very happy with my 8K3A+.

              As for my 8K7A that still runs perfect...I'll replace the caps when its time....
              Let us return to the moon, to stay!!!

                  Never had any problems with any of mine. True highpoint sucks.
                  If they've started using the cheapo caps that'll mean trouble ahead.
                  Chief Lemon Buyer no more Linux sucks but not as much
