Wonder if any of the ID10T5 at VIA made a google on that name?

Yeh I hear it wiping out XP systems nicely.

Oh I forgot the fud. This error also happens on Intel, Sis and Nforce chipsets it's NOT A VIA problem.

How, exactly, is it possible for VIA drivers to wipe out SiS, Intel, and nForce chipset-based machines?

Hyperion drivers don't descriminate. You'll get the wonderfull side-effects of installing it, no matter which chipset is on your motherboard.

Via always use the FUD when they break things plus I was being sarcastic.
First line of defence they say it happens with all other chipsets. 2nd line of defence tell users to use the slowest bios settings in the machines. 3rd line of defence say it's fixed and ignore users. 4th line of defence admitt theres a problem in some obscure press conferance. 5th line of defence deny they admitted it. 6th line of defense deny it further and bring a new chipset out.
They're already blaming users for installing the drivers over at Via areana.

                    Oh ah.

Yes, I remember now. And to think I had scored a KT600 board that I was briefly considering "upgrading" my 745 Ultra to.

Fat Tone: Back when they changed their name, there was a thread on it Here

I was the one who made the connection between Hyperion and Saturn's Moon of that name.

I see that Via have pulled the drivers according to their tech support. Bad news for the Via fan boys on the forums who were pulling the heads off anyone who posted problems.

Nope since even Via had to pull them. Depending on your system and luck you could end up losing all your data.
