I've had to email them again about non collection of my other Camara.

Design fault lemon????

I haven't noticed the batteries running flat rapidly but I presume the fault applies to microdrive s rathe than XD cards.

I've quiered Fujifilm about it but judging by the dates it's going to be one of the effected ones.

You could still return it and get a Dimage A1

Yes it's one of the effected ones. Fuji have offered to take it back but I'd rather wait until my other Camera comes back. Perhaps the shop I bought it from will exchange it for me.

it's not stopping me now taking pictures but the problem may occur if I use a micro drive. Time to go reciept hunting.

Fuji reckon I can't have an exchange on it cos it's more than 28 days old. I don't think that it holds water as the camera is defective when I bought it.
