New RadLinker and RadClocker

Last I heard the guy wanted to stop development for these tools, people stealing his code or something.
Well, dang, just when he updated them I can't download, to much traffic and he exceeded his bandwidth for the day.

Needles to say that RadClocker is the overclocker of choice for my 9700 Pro.
