Why WinAce, doesn't WinRAR also support ACE files ?
To be honest I mainly use WinRAR and sometimes WinZip to extract the OpenGL dll from ATI's drivers or other such files.

It USUALLY supports Ace files, but not always.

I paid $29 way back for version 7 and have always been entitiled to free updates, one hell of a good purchase.

Been running the betas of 9 for ages and yeah it is nice.
