Opera 7 for Mac OS X

Finally, there is an Opera 7 version for OSX. It's 7.5 preview 3 (kinda like beta), which you can get here.

Of course, there's also a version for Win32 and Linux, Solaris and FreeBSD.

Yeah I just installed 7.5 p3 for winXP and it seems a lot better than 7.23 !!! Pages load faster, interface has been improved too.

I'll wait for the final release this time - tried Preview 1, didn't like it (I never liked Opera's first public betas, they were all pretty rough), and have other things to do atm.

I hope they can finally fix that damn 'server not responding' popup... I think even mozilla has a setting that gets rid of the popup and shows a '404'-like page instead.

The autoscroll in linux also needs some tweaking...

They won't in this version, I'm pretty sure. This has been the longest ungranted wish for Opera evar!!!!111

There is however a tweak that allows you to disable error popups altogether (though you'll be without any error notifier at all then )

Just tried it out (OS-X version), and it works quite good (much better than 6.03). It's even faster than Safari .
