    opera 7.23 uninstall problem

I recently removed opera 7.23 and found it messed up a feature in outlook express. If I receive email that includes a link, such as checking the status of an order I placed, the link is now useless. It is highlighted when I sweep over it with the mouse pointer, but nothing happens when I click on it.

Any ideas how to fix this?

    Thanks in advance. Garr

Have you tried running another browser, and making it check to see if it is your default browser?

I'll try it, I'll try anything once.

I installed mozilla 1.7 and let ie 6 be the default browser but the links are still dead unless I use mozilla.
