Dynamic DNS

I have a webserver at home in the comp room and have opened the port on the router so that it receives HTTP requests. It is currently connected to the net using a dynamic ip address provided by my ISP. Does anyone know of (or use) a good Dynamic DNS provider that can also register for me, a .co.uk domain?

I am also interested in hosting my own mail server. Does anyone know how easy this is?

I got my .co.uk domain from http://www.freeparking.co.uk/ IIRC, and then point the DNS to http://www.zoneedit.com/ which I use for the dynamic DNS service along with one of their recommended dynDNS clients - I can check which one exactly once I get home tonight

Sorry was a bit slow looking at which dynDNS client I use.

Anyway, it's called DirectUpdate, found at: http://www.directupdate.net/

Got this just sitting there on a duron 1200 machine running Apache/PHP connected though my router being forwarded all port 80 requests over my 512/256 ADSL connection. Does what I need just fine. Never tried setting up a mailserver though.
