Don't forget though that you'll still need airflow for your voltage controllers, etc. (there are lots of parts on a mainboard that get quite hot), even if you watercool your HDDs. Though I think a decent power supply should suffice (but don't take my word for it).

I would still have a 120mm fan running 'silent' just to ensure airflow through the case. I would have the exhause fans under the rad.

From those suppliers Kustom PC's are easily the most helpful/reliable but unfortunately their watercooling range is a bit limited. Marci at Over-Clock seems a decent enough chap and they have a far greater selection so give them a try.
