      Wouldn't this be collusion?
      Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.

        Wouldn't the country of incorporation play into that? OPEC comes to mind right away as an example of the international tolerance for behavior like this.

        However, Could US/Canadian laws apply separately for the respective companies?

          Nope. If they have a base of operations in America , then they have to operate by American business law.
