I would think, if your card is DX 9.0b compatible, it would have Open GL drivers. As all the old cards, are not 9.0b...

I tried...it does make a difference, but I have no numbers.
I'm running XP2500+ (no o/c), 1GB 3200, 9800XT-VTD or whatever, 1024*768, medium detail.
