        ...and dumbed down tabs for users that are spoiled by forefox's non-standard way of handling and MDI interface, breaking windows usability guidelines...

            I've tried FireFox 1.0PR for few days.. So far so good except very slow scrolling speed on pages with a lot of pictures. This happens to both of my desktop and laptop.

              I think Opera actually benefited from Firefox popularity or should we say decrease in popularity of IE.

              A lot of news sites posted news on IE vulnerabilities and problems and promoted/reviewed nonMS browsers, so both Opera and Firefox gained marketshare.
