K7S41 is fine. It has onboard VGA but a free AGP slot.

All has been bought, I ended up with K7S8X Rev.3, Palomino, Kingston 256MB, Eizo F57, Barracuda 7200.7 80GB, Zalman CNPS-7000B-AlCu & Chieftec - Delta PSU. We'll see hot it'll be...
