Looking at pci-e graphic cards and i see that there are no 6800 128 mb cards. Do they only exist for agp? Anyone know if there will be in the future?

And I think they are still in the works for the 6800 PCI-e cards. I think at least the 6600's are out.

I am seriously thinking of getting a GF6600 GT agp if they will come with 256MB ram onboard... i know it may not make much difference but i am thinking of getting a 1600x1200 LCD monitor later and running at that res might slow down a card with only 128MB

The amount of RAM on a video card has nothing to do with resolution these days. It's about storing textures, which will take up that space at any resolution.Originally posted by Belwarrior

128mb will limit the ability to use AA at high resolutions, especially with NV cards.
