Sure, but it doesn't smell very nice
But do it this way: Turn shower on in normal (waste water) mode, clean, pee (or pee first, then clean), do whatever other ugly business you do in the shower, then switch to recycle mode and enjoy the clean enough water for the rest of the shower.

I have 16 pipelines from my kidneys to my bladder but only 8 pipelines from my bladder to my p@@ker so I pee in the shower...ROTFLAMO!!!!!!!!!!!
