My system started to get very slow. Task manager showed the system process at 100%. Restarting in safe mode was ok... I really couldn´t explain this. A system restore did nothing. I was just this close to format and reinstall when I got the message "you are running very low on disk space...." What? I had 10Gb+ free. I looked at recent files to find my Trend Micro folder had something like 15Gb... There were files like FFGHFTD234.0V2 more than 1Gb long.
I uninstalled and reinstalled trend micro internet security just to find it would start doing the same thing.
I uninstalled it again and system is fine now, but I really don´t know what is going on. I really liked Trend Micro Internet Security, I had it on my system for some months and it always behaved well.
Any ideas?
