software to create web presenentation?

I need to build a web site for a small company but don't have much knowledge about it. Can you recommand me a nice and easy-using software? It would be even better if it can also do the jobs like page content uploading and so on, so that I don't need other softwares to manage and maintain the site.

I'm going to assume Dreamweaver and the like are probably too much, in cost and complexity, for what you want to do, so my remaining recommendations would fall to the following:

For Windows

• CityDesk - $299/US Professional and Free Starter (50 page limit) versions
• CuteSITE Builder - $69.99/US

For Mac

• RapidWeaver - $34.95/US

Please note, I've only used CityDesk and RapidWeaver, and while not entirely satisfied with either, my needs are different than yours. I recommend downloading the free/trial versions to see what you think. I can also not vouch for the non-English capabilities of any of the packages if you need something that does so.

You could also try Nvu. I haven't used it, but I've heard good things about it.
