The first time a user opens a excel spreadsheet in Internet Explorer in Windows 2000SP4 I.E. 6.0SP1 (Maybe XP as well) with an unsigned macro, the popup saying that security is set to high pops behind the browser windows making the user think the file is having trouble loading. Is there anyway to make it pop up in front all the time? This does not happen a second time for some reason.

Hmmm. Only happens once per computer per profile. OS and browser do not matter other than being M$.
