Kensington Orbit Optical Trackball - had several for years now. Bought a replacement last year after 4 yrs of heavy use and normal cleanings.

Little update: still planning on getting Marble Mouse; I'm hunting right now for a pl auction of a guy that has them at half the price. And while doing this, I've found Kensington Turboring ( http://allegro.pl/item162749261_kens...trackball.html ). Looks...interesting (wonder how integrated scroll "ring" works in practise...), anyone has any experience with it? (one downside I see: it's not optical)

Definitely a marble... the kind with the thumb ball, though. Thumb ball and a scroll wheel.
I have that exact trackball and I find it's far more precise than any standard mouse, but it does take some time to get used to.Titanium is the new bling!
