ICQ, Friggin' Firewalls, and Poxy Proxies.

I know it ain't hardware, so shoot me.

Anyways, anyone know how I can get ICQ to run on the network here at uni, which only allows traffic through ports 80, 21 and 443? (HTTP, FTP and Secure HTTP) AOL Instant Messenger will run fine through HTTPS, so why can't ICQ? Or can it?
Please help, I'm lost without it!
