Gigabyte 7IX and CMOS

I tried to upgrade my Bios and after I did upon boot up it tell's me CMOS checksum error hit F1 to continue or DEL to enter setup. Any other Giga-Byte 7IX owners have the same problem.

Doesn't sound like a real problem...flashing some BIOS's will clear old settings, so you have to go into the setup and re-do all of your settings (clock, HDD, CDROM, Mem Timings, etc., etc., etc..) Usually a good idea to write down settings before flashing the BIOS so you can jump right back in and put them right...

Thanks, After I flash I am going to load defaults save then set my own settings.
