turbo drivers wow with quake 2

yesterday i put in a p 3 500 and got the turbo drivers working all i can say is wow thats better
1024 x 768 x 16 = 75 is this about right?
800 x 640 x 16 = 101 is this ok ?
has any one got a similar setup
this is with everything up to the max cd sound on

Well that sounds ok for me.
I only got 111fps in 640x480x16, at 1152x864x16 I get about 62fps.
