How to show hidden folders in Vista?

In XP it's sooo easy, enter Vista.... now I have a folder that shows as occupying 175 Gigs, yet when I select all the folders and do a properties it only shows 5 gig, so there must be hidden folders or files.

I can't for the life if me figure it out.

    Thanks,
    Elie

Thanks again, I figured out where those files were stored. Adobe's Soundbooth was storing all the PEK and temp files from the first time I installed Soundbooth.
Cleared it now and all is back to normal

          Cheers bud
