Expendable - How to Bench?

I am writing a benchmarking guide for my site, and I have forgotten how to benchmark Expendable. Anyone know?

Create a new shortcut on your desk top.
At the end of the path type as follows:
........expendable\go.exe"-timedemo.

hmmm, i tried that, and i get a windows error when i try to load it...
