I've noticed a lot of forum users uses one of these drives, including me, this firmware is supposed to add support for 700mb discs.

Do you know of other places where one can
get HP/Sony CDRW Firmware updates ??
AFAIK, Sony and HP are the only ones that
don't release firmware for their products
FYI, the 8xxx and the 9xxx line are able
to read and write in DAO RAW format, meaning
that you can copy SAFEDISC protected games
with them....Comment
