irq holder for pci steering

ive been having some ps2 mouse problems,while checking my irq settings in ctrl panel/system/computer properties i noticed that the irq holder for pci steering was using 3 irq settings(5,10&11)these are also shared with other devices.is this normal?

What happens with two? I checked my irq settings yesterday and i have my Max on irq 11 and two of this irq holders.

How do i get rid of one of them?
