Montior Screen Blank During POST

This just happen last week only till present. The monitor screen just turn blank during start-up POST but after finish POST , the screen just light-up to the orginal Win98 screen.
Any advise why this happen all of a sudden ?
My system is using an Matrox G400 Max and a Celeron 300A o/c 450.

Currupt video card bios.

Did you do a recovery disk if you flashed the bios?
