Connecting G400 to an IBM T55D Flat Panel Display

I'd like to connect my Matrox G400 card (with its DVI connector) to my IBM T55D display (with its P&D connector). Anyone done this?

I've identified a Molex adpater (88741-8900) that should make the connection but can't find anyone to sell me one. Any ideas?

Anyone know any alternative to the Molex adapater?
