Win98 to Win Millenium

After upgrading to Win Millenium on my notebook. Check throught all ISP and modem setting , all is the same as before upgrade. All software and program functioning well (have not test out any gaming yet) but during dial-up to my ISP , I can login to my ISP but cannot download any web-site/page at all even my email (outlook express) cannot donwload any mail. Network card - linksys also fail to function asking for new driver.
Anyone can advise how to overcome the ISP problem ?

Try reinstall the drivers for the network adapter.
