E-Tech Cyberbullit drivers for Win2k

Can someone email me or point me to a working site where I can download the Win2k drivers for the E-Tech PC56RVP Cyber-Bullet modem? This is an ISA modem, so don't point me or send me the PCI version drivers.

It seems the ftp site at E-Tech in Taiwan is down
