Problem with SB Live 5.1

I just changed from a sb live value to a sb live platinum 5.1, but now it puts out the same sound through every speaker, meaning when i run a test (4 speaker setup) it says front left, front right..., but it says everythin on all speakers at once.

Anyone knows whatS wrong??

Also the card seems to prevent me from using standby mode (when i read the nohiber.txt) it says "Hibernation disabled because hibernate is not supported by the audio driver- emu10k1.vxd"

did you uninstall the sb live drivers before installing the 5.1 drivers?

yes, but after that i reinstalled WinMe from the scratch to get tweak 4.11 to work (doesnt work anyway), but the sound card didnt work before the reinstall and it doesnt work now.
