So Where Is "format" On A WinME Startup Disk

I downloaded a WinME startup disk to fdisk and format large drives. It works.

I told someone on another forum how I set up a 90GB RAID array with it, and they are like "it can't be cause there is no format file on the ME startup disk."

Could be as I have never seen a real ME startup disk or ME for that matter. So I look and sure enough, no format file on my ME startup disk.

But I know it works, cause I've used it. I can even go to a DOS prompt, get to the A drive, type format c: and it asks are you sure?

So is this like magic? Where is "format" hidden?

The 98 & Me startup disks create a ram disk to unpack compressed utilities onto.
    Perhaps it is there.
