DVD in Windows 2000 Pro

Hello

I have a problem om my brothers computer. The DVD Player that comes with the G450 card from Matrox doesn't work, It playes 5 seconds of the DVD movie, and It frezes, and you can hear a strange nice form the speakers.

I have installed the newes drivers from Matrox, and I don't use DualHead
