Since gaming section seems to be down (when I'm writing this)..

How to control 'inverse mouse' in autoexec.cfg?
Somebody said that that's in_mouse, but that's not it.

The command is m_pitch
type it once to see what the current value is (default 0.022), then make it negative:

m_pitch -.022
