when i try i get out of date file error.. is it just me or does it need to be updated for PD5

Stopped using MOC a while back. Just have to use G200clk or Powerstrip for now...

Do not use MOC anymore apart from plain OCing. The registry locations are all different now, and so MOC's settings make no difference.
