PD 5.13 Vsync and Triple Buffering?

I have a G200 and was wondering is their a write up or registry hack like on the old
PD for Vsync and Triple buffering?

ant you seem to know a lot a matrox cards could you take a few minutes to tell me how to overclock(or clock back for that matter)my g400 i dont quite understand the dividers and how to use them to overclock.i have a g400 running poorly and it may be my fault powerstrip acts like it is doing anything and i dont know how to set my dividers with g4set.i just need a little help
