New drivers ?

Noticed on the Matrox website that the drivers had been revised today. Downloading now to have a look

No the same drivers all that seems to have changed is the install.inf.
Me thinks Matrox trying to confuse the issue slightly.

That's not a good sign. We're expecting new 5.2x drivers this week and they go through the trouble to revise 5.13?

Where is everyone get this idea of new PD drivers coming out this week?

haig: i think it was because someone said they went to comdex canada and spoke to a matrox representative at the Hitachi booth who told them new drivers would be out this week. Ive heard they will be out sometime this month, but not specifically this week

Thanks Rick. Now I see where the confusion might be.

The only thing that was confirmed are new VT this month which will have its own set of PD drivers. Those PD drivers are not going to be 5.2x.

Tomorrow we get the final build. If nothing broke, both VT and its PD5.x will get out in July.
