Hmmm, this could be a Quake 2.1 term. i have heard of the really bad-ass Mums creature and I can only imagine a player capable of killing such a beast would earn the title, "Mums Fragger" But, in the words of Dennis Miller, I could be wrong.

Oh, and I understand perfectly what 'Made In China' means: when you see that little sticker - 'Made In China' you just assume it's gonna be top notch quality merchandise, yeah? yeah-right! 'Assembled In China' is a little better as the parts are not made there, just thrown together there, and you can fix it yourself when you get it...
