A proper banner for Matrox forums

Hey, Big M could really made some big bucks by placing ads on graphic card BIOSes! It could show random ads for few seconds every now and then..

Noooo Buuri NO! This was suggested by mobo manufacturers, and it is a BAD idea. I would not want adverts on my screen unless I chose to have them there, or was PAID to have them there, OK? Who's with me on this one?

That's the whole idea that the products would be essentially cheaper if it could be guaranteed that some amount of people will have to watch ads every now and then. It could be like every couple of days maybe..

But I agree that it would be annoying indeed.

It's like any program you install nowadays... First a big Microsoft/Accolade/Activision/Electronic Arts/etc.etc.etc. logo...

I just want to install something, not sit through a leader of 30 minutes into the game/program...
