does anyone know the regular g400max core and memory speed ? is 150/200 possible?!

The MAX default is 150/200.
Is it possible to overclock vanilla g400 to that? Yes. Several have done so. Just ask the BetaBoyz.
I have not tried to overclock my MAX.. yet. Couple of others did, and getting very encouraging results.
