    G400 and PII

I notice in reading about the turboGL drivers they say that they will boost performance for peeps using a PIII or an Athlon. Well, what about us lowly PII users? Will they help us any?

Hey, sue me. I didn't see it. Having read that thread, you seem to be doing most of the "whining". I just asked a question.

The PII doesn't have special instructions to make 3D go faster, so it's not possible.

Thanks for the reply. I find it hard to believe tho that there won't be SOME kind of optimizations that will benefit owners of older processors. But, nonetheless, I've got a V3 2000-pci that I have stuffed in the same box in case they don't come to fruition.
